Kenneth A. Cappadona is the Director of Radio Frequency Applications & Effects for Verus Research. In this role, he leads Verus Research’s efforts in directed energy test and evaluation, electronic warfare, software development, and modeling and simulation architectures.  He joined Verus Research in 2022 and has served as team lead for the Effects Group within the RF Applications and Effects portfolio, supporting high-power microwave testing, electronic warfare, and related programs.  He holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Tulane University and has more than 21 years of experience in failure analysis, reliability engineering, systems qualification, and directed energy test and evaluation.
