Victor A. Gallardo is the Director of Space and Autonomy for Verus Research. To this role, he brings over 15 years of Department of Defense (DoD) experience spanning logistics, contracting, and space vehicles.
At the Air Force Research Laboratory, he oversaw a $25 million annual portfolio dedicated to strategic domains in space warfare operations, including initiatives in cislunar, cyber space, and autonomous operational resilience for tactical operations.
Immediately prior, Victor managed a $656 million portfolio encompassing engineering, development, integration, and sustainment at the Research and Development, Test and Evaluation Support Complex of the Space Systems Command, United States Space Force, at Kirtland Air Force Base, NM.
Well regarded for fostering collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholders, Victor’s expertise includes contracting and program management, DoD supply chain management, and multi-mission space operations.
Victor holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of New Mexico. He is actively pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration from Trident International University. Victor is also a certified Department of Defense mediator.
Victor served previously in the United States Marine Corps and the United States Air Force Reserve where he specialized in logistics and supply chain management.
