Victor Garcia is the Director of Human Resources for Verus Research. He has over 25 years’ experience in human resources in multiple industries, including banking, healthcare, and home improvement. Prior to beginning his human resources career path, Victor spent 5 years with two internationally known financial firms.
Victor brings to Verus Research a highly successful track record in talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, succession planning, and other essential human resources functions.
At Verus Research, Victor’s focus areas include corporate governance, compensation planning, employee relations, organizational design, team member development, and performance measurement. Victor also manages support to the enterprise across the full range of human resources functions directly linked to meeting the individual needs of our team members.
A 1992 graduate of the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Victor also holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
